The Summer Heat Has Reached Our Kitchens

Churro French Toast

If you thought the casino was the only thing open at Harrah’s Resort SoCal then you are quite mistaken. While the action may be hot on the blackjack tables, it’s even hotter in our kitchens. We hope your appetite is ready for more than just gaming. Our chefs are dishing up some new delectable dishes ready for the devouring!

‘ritas Cantina

Chilaquiles

Your brunch crew is going to love this. Chef Homero Lopez has whipped up some sweet and spicy dishes to enjoy at your favorite poolside restaurant. If it’s a heatwave you crave then the chilaquiles are highly recommended. Three eggs served over tortilla chips sautéed in red chile sauce and topped with mixed cheese. The breakfast of champions! If you prefer to satisfy that morning sweet tooth then we have three glorious words for you. Churro. French. Toast! A classic breakfast staple with a cinnamon-y sugar twist. Both dishes are just $11.99.

Cafe

While we’re on the breakfast subject, our Cafe team is bringing the heavy artillery with new breakfast skillets, scrambles and omelets. And when we say “heavy” we mean it. Just look at those skillets! Trust us, there are some EGGcelent options starting at $13.99. But if lunch is more of your taste then might we suggest the Prime Dip Sandwich? We take the regal cut of Prime Rib, shave it down and stack it with provolone on a french roll for your dippin’ delight. Dip away for $17.

Fiore

Cider Salmon

Now, before we talk about Fiore let us answer some questions. Yes, you bet your medium-rare ribeye it’s open. And yes, you may walk up or make a reservation here. Now, you can expect all of your Fiore favorites to stay on the menu, but summer is seafood season and we have a couple of new dishes we’re searing up for you starting with the Cider Salmon. We take an Ora King Salmon from the wonderful land of New Zealand, drizzle it with maple cider glaze and pair it with mustard greens, fingerling potatoes and roasted garlic. Enjoy this savory sensation for $38. We put our heart and SOLE into this next dish. The Stuffed Sole (get it?) is a combination of flaky Sole, corn grits, a creole trinity and topped with a silky smooth beurre blanc. The flavors of the bayou right here in Funner, CA for $40!

Whether you’re brunching, lunching or munching, our restaurants are red hot with new food to indulge in.
