Pumpkin Spice and Everything Nice
Shake up autumn in a glass with the Pumpkin Pie Spice cocktail
Halloween may have come and gone but it’s still pumpkin season here at Harrah’s Resort SoCal. Yes, pumpkin spiced items are everywhere. But we guarantee this delicious concoction will have you gulping instead of sipping! From the crafty mixologists at Spiked we give you the Pumpkin Pie Spice.
Pumpkin Pie Spice
2 oz. Bulleit Rye
.5 oz. Grand Marnier
1 oz. Maple Syrup
3 tablespoons ground Cinnamon
2 teaspoons ground Ginger
2 teaspoons ground Nutmeg
1 ½ teaspoons ground Allspice
1 ½ teaspoons ground Cloves
Short bucket glass
1 - Combine cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, allspice and cloves in a mixing bowl
2 - Coat the rim of the bucket glass with pumpkin spice mixture
3 - Combine Bulleit Rye, Grand Marnier and Maple Syrup in cocktail shaker.
4 - Add one rounded scoop of Pumpkin Puree to cocktail shaker with barspoon
5 - Shake to combine ingredients
6 - Strain the cocktail twice and pour over an ice rock
7 - Sip and enjoy!
