Buongiorno, buonasera e benvenuti! Welcome to Che Bello fellow food lovers. In case you haven’t noticed, Harrah’s Resort SoCal has always had a hankering for italian food. Take Fiore for example, a kitchen designed after an authentic and traditional italian cooking line dishing up a delicious fusion of modern italian and continental flavors. But sometimes you just have a desire that only a gloriously cheesy pizza can satisfy. We get you loud and clear. Say “ciao” to Funner, CA’s newest way to fill up on fun, Che Bello.

Hot pizza coming at ya!

Ready for a slice? Here are the deets on the pastas and meats. Che Bello offers both hot and ready options ripe for the picking and made-to-order options. “Our pizzas are what I’m most excited about! We make our crust in our in-house bakery with pizza flour imported from Italy with vintage proofing stages for authentic flavor and texture. Che Bello will offer large 16” varied specialty pizzas or by the slice for a quick bite on the go” says executive chef Michael Marshall. “The Funner Supreme Pizza is my recommendation,” he adds. “It has our in-house pizza sauce, jumbo pepperoni, smoked bacon, Italian capicola, mushroom medley, bell peppers, red onion, Kalamata olives, Roma tomato and finished with fresh arugula. Perfetto!” You’ll also find other true authentic Italian options such as Tuscan short ribs, rotisserie chicken, and house-made artisan breads. Trust us, you haven’t had anything this delizioso.

Pasta... and plenty of it

Now, you may be wondering what happened to the Buffet. “With Health at the forefront, we have decided to reinvent the restaurant space with a central, popular Italian concept of Che Bello which accentuates our existing Italian stone pizza oven, rotisserie oven, gigantic smoker and our plancha station” says chef Marshall.

Che Bello is Harrah’s Resort SoCal’s first casual italian dining experience and is ready to spin up a pie for you Friday & Saturday 4pm – 2am and Sundays 4pm – Midnight. Mangiamo!
